Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement

You are pursuing a possible future collaboration between your company and another company.  The other company wants to discuss using your designs on their products to be sold worldwide.  Before disclosing your designs and your confidential information to the inquiring company, and before the other company discloses its confidential information to you, it is important to protect all of that information by using a Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement.  This template will accomplish just that and keep yours and the other company's confidential information safe and protected.
