Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement for Manufacture of Products

In the process of investigating possible manufacturers for the products you intend to sell on your website, you need to disclose to the manufacturer certain proprietary information, including copies of your copyrighted designs.  To protect your disclosure from misuse by the manufacturer and it's third-parties, you need a Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement which limits the use of your confidential information to only the current manufacturing transaction.  This NDA will keep your IP safe before, during, and after the manufacturing process is completed.
